江阴板式换热器工厂依据阿法拉伐集团标准建立了完整的入库检验规则和流程,运行集团GRI系统(来料入库检验系统)有效避免了瑕疵零部件或原材料流入产线,从源头上保证产品质量。
专门设立的实验室可以进行理化实验,包括化学成分检验和机械性能测试。
在阿法拉伐工厂,除了理化特性检测,还需要在车间里核对国外材质证明文件;同时,还要测量面板、法兰、螺栓和衬板的尺寸和规格,确保符合阿法拉伐严苛的选料标准。
The first steps in a strict quality inspection process are
1) Utilize precision equipment such as image measuring instrument and 3D scanners to realize the accurate measurement of the size of the core parts of the heat exchanger;
2) Review the material certificates of raw materials batch by batch to ensure compliance with Alfa Laval global standards;
3) Realize the traceability of raw material inspection data through the MES platform
Marking
When each heat exchanger enters the production process, the product model, serial number and two-dimensional code are marked with laser, and each product is given a unique "ID card".
1) The production and process parameters are obtained by scanning the QR code in each subsequent process, and the production process is recorded in real time at the same time;
2) The material and manufacturing step of each product can be traced through the product serial number.
Expanding
Fix the position of the connecting pipe, frame plate or pressure plate, and solder according to the design requirements.
Intelligent interconnected tube expansion equipment, with the help of visual human-computer interaction interface to ensure that the correct parts and the correct expansion parameters are used for the expansion;
Assembling
Adopt mass customization method to complete the assembly of all components according to the customer's selection.
1) The automatic arranging line ensures the stability of the assembly process and avoids human error.
2) MES displays information on product assembly sequence in real time and performs plate quantity check and process traceability.
Compressing
Put pressure on the assembled product to make a reasonable brazing gap between the plates.
The intelligent interconnected pre-compression equipment automatically obtains the corresponding pre-compression and pressure-holding time by scanning the product QR code.
Vacuum brazing is performed in brazing furnaces. When the product is heated up to a certain temperature, the brazing material melts and spreads and fills contact points between channel plates under the action of capillarity. Finally temperature cools down to form permanents joint and a compact heat exchnager.
1) Imported vacuum brazing equipment is used, with excellent operating performance. Seven temperature control thermocouples can effectively control the temperature of different areas in the furnace. With the intelligent PID system and advanced cooling technology, the product has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance;
2) Different temperature profiles are used, according to product model and process requirements. MES intelligent interconnection monitor the brazing process, and record the brazing curve and other process parameters;
3) The brazing process and the qualifications of related operators have passed the third-party certification;
4) The global brazing technology center continuously researches and optimizes brazing process parameters to improve product performance.
Brazed heat exchangers are pressure and leakage tested one by one to prevent leaking products entering the market.
The pressure test is carried out in strict accordance with the design standard. The leak test adopts helium leak detection method, using helium as the tracer gas, and is carried out under vacuum. The helium leak detection method is efficient, sensitive, and highly accurate.

2) Realize comprehensive foolproof prevention, effectively avoiding substandard products from flowing into the hands of customers.

The global testing technology center continuously researches and optimizes processes and parameters to improve process stability.
Product testing
Scanning the product QR code one by one, the MES system automatically retrieves all the items that need to be inspected for the product to ensure that each product meets the company's standards and customer requirements.
Product packaging
Scanning the product QR code one by one, the MES system automatically retrieves the packaging requirements, and automatically checks the model, drawing number and quantity per box to be used for each product.
Finished goods delivery
After the product is completed, the WMS system will fully manage the handling and shipment.

In accordance with the requirements of ISO9001:2015 standard, Alfa Laval has established a quality management system to manage the process of product procurement, manufacturing, inspection and testing, to ensure the stable supply of products that meet the group's standards and customer requirements, and to enhance customer satisfaction.
1) The MES system instantly retrieves the corresponding parameters for different products by scanning the QR code, completes the automatic setting of the equipment, avoids human operation errors, and realizes the system foolproof.
2) The MES system realizes the intelligent management of key post operation skills through the staff skill matrix. If the staff skill does not match the post, the equipment cannot be started.
3) The MES system realizes the traceability of the entire manufacturing process of each product, which not only helps to analyze quality data from multiple dimensions and explore quality improvement opportunities, but also strongly supports the rapid investigation of the reasons for customer complaints, the formulation of improvement measures, and the containment of potential risks.
4) Alfa Laval strictly implements, in all manufacturign sites, periodic fatigue and burst tests for each model to ensure that the production process is controlled and the product quality is stable.
5) Regular ALPS (Alfa Laval Production System) performance and improvement meetings guide all staff to actively participate in the discovery and resolution of quality problems, and continue to improve the level of quality management.
Alfa Laval Jiangyin brazing heat exchanger workshop began to produce large plates in 2008, establishing a complete domestic supply chain and becoming an essential part of the global supply chain. In 2017, automatic transformation and upgrading of the plate production line was carried out, which fundamentally eliminated personnel safety risks and ensured the standardization of the production process. In 2019, Alfa Laval invested in the cutting-edge fully automatic small plate production line in Jiangyin to further expand the domestic supply chain and increase global production capacity to meet the growing market demand.
MES comprehensively covers the plate production line, not only realizes the digitization of the production kanban system, but also has the traceability function based on the box number, so it seamlessly connect each component digitally to the whole machine.
The channel plate is the core component of the heat exchanger. The molds used are all designed and manufactured by the Swedish headquarters, and the Jiangyin professional mold team leads the strict implementation of the TPM production and maintenance.
Alfa Laval has always been an industry leader in the design of channel plates. The latest design patents such as DynaStatic for customized distribution nozzles and FlexFlow for asymmetric channel plates are nowadays used and have been widely praised by customers.
